I am trying to eat that way now, I like Italian food, but I have tomato, peppers, raw onion sensitivity, or more like intolerance, I will throw up...But, I can eat cooked tomatoes and onions. I think this is common, but pain in the... It seems to be getting worse older I get. I can't just go to my tomatoes and feta salad for lunch anymore. May I ask what was your daily menu on this diet?
