TJ has an excellent drama program. They got nominated for (and won) cappies.  It has the second best band in the county that is always an honor band (routinely places just below Madison and above all other FCPS schools). Also has a very good orchestra. It’s not all STEM. [/quote]

The marching band at TJ is, in fact, currently 3rd in the county based on the state championship rankings (VMBC state champions, McLean did not participate).

The top 3 from FCPS are:
Madison
Westfield
TJ

Yes, and TJ beat Westfield, Chantilly, etc. in all but one.
