We are about 0.5 from there.[/quote] PP. You guys are part of the lucky few for whom SS is highly walkable from SP—I’m assuming you live close to Eastern Ave. My home is about a mile to that stuff. If OP’s budget is 1.5, homes in that range will be closer to 16th St., so not quite as walkable (although doable in nice weather).[/quote]
