[/quote] I look at the "Toxic Teammate(s)" as being a separate - but probably more important factor. Ideally, your kid has friends on the team. If not, then at least they hopefully can co-exist with all of their teammates...But some teams have that kid - or two - who scream at teammates, isolate them, etc. [/quote]
