Maybe pp can just use 16/8 7 days a week to maintain. I do a 36 hour fast weekly because it helps to speed my weight loss along. The other days I do 16/8 (sometimes 18/6) because I find it to be a very sustainable and natural eating pattern for me.[/quote]
