I needed to to get control of my hunger and appetite. I did 16:8 and only lost 5 lbs, but it put me in control rather than being a slave to hunger pangs. Then I switched to a very low calorie diet and lost another 22 lbs. I'm trying to get to a BMI of 19 and so I will lose another 8-10 lbs. [/quote]
