I love my neighbors in most ways but every time they pull out their stinking loud leaf blowers I curse them mightily in my head. Then smile and wave when I see then again. So annoying! And we live in dc with modest sized yards that can be raked fairly quickly. Neighbor just likes loud toys.[/quote] Maybe you should’ve moved into a neighborbood with more land.
