But unless you wear something that goes over the muffin top area (be it higher waist underwear or higher waist pants), nothing will cover it. You could also wear a bodysuit and accomplish the same thing from the other direction. But simply said, if you have extra rolls and you want them to look smooth instead of bulging, they need to be smoothed from above the roll to below it rather than having fabric cutting into it.
