We were looking in both SS and S Arlington about a decade ago. We wound up in Arlignton because it was better for our commutes, but the house prices was higher than comps in SS. Monthly payment was less, though, because of taxes. Anyway, if SS is better for your commute, you should live in SS. [/quote]
