For most schools, I imagine it depends on if there is any attrition. The best way to tell for DCPS is to check the data at the link posted above. You can see how students got off the waitlist for PK4, and whether those students were IB or OOB or had sibling preference. Charter schools have their own data, but it only tells you how many got off the waitlist for PK4, not sibling info.[/quote]
