I'm an Asian guy in my 50's and over the last 18 years, I've been pulled over about 4 times. 3 of the 4 times by being congenial, apologetic and cooperative, I've gotten a warning. The times I've gotten tickets over the last 20 years, have been by speed and red light cameras where being congenial, apologetic and cooperative mean absolutely nothing. :-([/quote]
