The "active entertainment and waterpark" is complementery BEFORE 3pm Monday thru Thursday for members.

It is $15 PER HOUR PER PERSON after 3pm for members and all day for non members from September to May.

It is $20 PER HOUR PER PERSON after 3pm for mebers and all day for non members for June, July, and August.

I agree that they've built it in the wrong place.  The median income for Springfield is around 95k.  These aren't the people who can shell out hundreds of dollars a month for a facility like this.

There are developments with mcmansions that cost over $1.5M in Springfield,  and the location would not be that far via the beltway from more expensive NoVa suburbs. So they may have a membership pool within a reasonable distance.  We live in NoVa and have a $350K HHI and it sounds too expensive for me, but our kids are too young for sports. If it had indoor tennis, I would seriously consider joining; it's unfortunate that they do not.  [/quote]

We live in Annandale outside the beltway and it takes 14-15 min to get there.  We are members, at least for now. It’s not that much more than we have been paying at Lifetime, and I’m hoping the group fitness options are better. [/quote]
