For as many people that they had on staff for the open house, they should have done a better job in training them to be aware of the services provided.  Many may not even be regular staff but the lines to speak to someone about rates were not worth the wait.  The facility itself is amazing but don't think most members will get their worth for the price of the membership.  Most will only use gym and for that you are better off at your local gym that offers same equipment and classes.[/quote]
