ECNL director and U14 girls coach believes in winning every game --- it's not about developing the girls. Only way those girls play is if it comes from the top (above the Girls TD), and they'd have to be at the game on the bench to make sure it happened. I hope the parents who signed on for that composite team knew what they were buying into.[/quote]
