You can view this as catering to dietary fads, but as someone who hosts a lot of brunch parties at my home, I can tell you most of the moms won't touch bagels, but will gobble up egg dishes and vegetable options. Again, depends on your social circle and what kind of hosting you want to do.[/quote]
