My sister and I were forced to drink at least 3 cups of milk a day (I always hated milk) and we both got our periods around 13, same as my mom who was born in 1946. (We were born in the early 80s.) Kids are hitting puberty much earlier these days but it can't be the milk itself. Something in the milk, like hormones, perhaps, but not just fact that it comes from a cow.[/quote]
