So if FFX is not a sanctuary city (and neither is MoCo btw), why does the MS13 thrive there?  Doesn't seem to me that a "sanctuary" status has anything to do with it.

But it's not a sanctuary city, and ^PP was stating that MoCo has an MS13 problem because of its sanctuary county status. So, FFX too must be a sanctuary county, or they too stupid to prevent MS13 from being there despite it not being a sanctuary county.  Just following that PP's logic.[/quote]
