The rule of thumb is 14 days after conception, which roughly corresponds to 14 DPO. For IUI, you would be testing 14 days later. For IVF, with a 5d embryo, you should be able to test 9 days later, which would roughly correspond to 14 DPO (5d + 9) for a natural conception.[/quote]
