I don't know CCRM/Payson, and my issues were different than yours. But I can tell you that I truly believe the reason I have two kids is because of Dr. F and his thoroughness. I'd done several rounds with a different RE at CFA, and he was basically suggesting continuing the same. At our first appt, Dr. F went through my chart and all of my previous cycles with me...and explained to me both what my previous RE's reasoning was for whatever he did (in a way that made much more sense than previous RE's explanations) and also his own thinking about what various past test results meant. He said, though, that looking over everything, there was one niggling thing that didn't quite add up...so even though it was probably NBD, he wanted to do another test over...and do it himself (not let it cycle through to any doctor at GW). That test confused him, so he consulted with another gynecology specialist (who's no longer at GW)...and ultimately diagnosed me with uterine scarring that previous RE had totally missed. I got surgery to remove it, and then pregnant on my next round of IVF. And a couple of years later pregnant again with one of the frozen embryos from that same cycle. Dr. F was fantastic throughout. He's the doctor I'd want for everything, if that were possible. He's exactly the kind of thorough, intelligent, and yet still human, person you want caring for you through one of the worst periods in your life.
