In areas like Georgetown and Foggy Bottom, you will find much smaller lots. In Chevy Chase, Friendship Heights, and Tenleytown most lots are around 5000 sqft. The more suburban parts of these neighborhoods and adjoining neighborhoods (e.g., bordering Rock Creek Park/Barnaby Woods, Spring Valley, Wesley Heights, etc.) will have larger lots.[/quote]
