[/quote] Do DC high schools really have “requirements” ? This whole issue is basically about some DC administration decisions made that is was better to water down the diplomas so that the poor kids could get one by just staying enrolled. Better to have them out there with something opposed to nothing. Put the emphasis on ward 3 families to do APs to show colleges that they are the normal DC residents. [/quote]
