Even better for them if they can monetize it.[/quote] I think it's important that kids that age understand the concept of having a pen name, and I'd try to make sure they understood the possible consequences of being famous for the wrong reasons. But the choice is really theirs to make; I don't think there's a practical, effective way for most parents in a big, modern city to control this. You can try to educate, but you can't control what happens on the computer in the public library. [/quote]
