[/quote] The "guy" gave the story to one or more journalists, who all sat on it, presumably because they couldn't verify it and thus didn't publish it because of journalistic ethics. Someone gave the info to Avenatti, who published it, because he doesn't have journalistic ethics. At least that's my take on how it all happened. [/quote]
