[/quote] I do very well on keto - it takes a few days to get into the swing of it, though. Did you buy keto testing strips? Once they go pink or purple it is very motivating and helps with the whole way of eating. Join some Keto groups on FB as well. I start my day with 2 eggs, sour cream, and avocado. Snack on almonds and pork rinds at work, sometimes cheese with turkey inside like a pita. At home I eat turkey bacon, grilled shrimp, cheese, lots of veggies, salmon, chicken, tuna. I also really like to have various nuts, low carb yogurt (8 or 10 carbs), cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan chips, and lunch meat in the fridge. Once you lose all the water weight and start seeing results you'll be fine![/quote]
