[/quote] There are lot of legacy, wealthy kids in competitive private schools. All the developmental cases are concentrated to HYPS-specially HS. It is a really important factor we can't handle. No matter how the students is competitive as a non-hooked Asian/White kid, the acceptance of HYPS depends on how many developmental cases exist that year. HYPS can't take all both developmental case kids and competitive non-hooked Asian/White kids in one school. :wink: [/quote]
