Forgive me, but I don’t understand why you don’t just continue to be monitored by your mfm for the next 3-5 weeks and show up at sibley for delivery as planned? The hospital won’t refuse you, just because your ob ‘dropped’ you.
FTM so I really don't know how this works - I thought I needed to line up an Ob to deliver me? Or should I just go to Sibley and have anyone deliver me there? I'm a little confused about this too.
You're considered high risk. You should be transferred to an MFM to monitor and deliver your baby. That is actually what should have happened through your OB once they can no longer handle your case. Talk to your MFM about it.
