Doesn’t your school have a post prom event?
Do you live in the dc area? I’ve never heard of a school sponsored post prom event.
Our MCPS school has a post-prom event.
Several MCPS schools have them. Robinson in Fairfax does too. At our MCPS school the rule was you could not leave and come back. It was to prevent kids from stashing alcohol in their cars and going outside to drink and then returning. OP you are being pretty lax and I would make sure you know the alcohol rules and potential fines to you, the host. I’d do bag checks AND bottle checks. The water bottles probably have vodka in them. I’d set a specific end time. Breathalyzer is a good idea, no cars is better. What are the kids going to do activity wise? Our school post prom event had tons of activities to keep the kids busy - casino room, trivia, dancing, etc.
