I tried it with chocolate today and I'm hooked! I dislike protein shakes so this was a massive improvement. I too will try it with one of the vanilla shakes they've given me. I did place an order with Nashua Nutrition, but I think that for the next month or so, I'm going to stick solely with IP, just so I can see what my weight loss will be like. The NN is for emergencies, in case I can't get to IP to get what I need. And also, I found the IP pancakes completely inedible, and basically had to choke down the oatmeal, so anything that I refuse to eat on IP but don't want to give up (oatmeal and pancakes are my favorite food) I will seek out from other sources. Anything that I absolutely love or even like from IP, I will buy from them. So far I like: The vanilla crispy square peanut butter protein bar vegetable chili Potato puree Chicken noodle soup Chicken Soup Protein Shakes (in coffee) Dorados Cappuncino mix, but I don't see much of a need for it with the espresso/protein shake deal Chocolate Soy Puffs Southwest cheese curls I'm still working on my introduction bag, but I've already gone back to buy the vanilla squares and dorados. The bag is starting to become full of packets I would only eat if I were desperate, like the oatmeal and puddings. I guess tonight I'll try the mug cake, but I don't even like regular mug cake so I doubt this one will be satisfying for me. I already had Walden Farms chipotle ranch dressing in my fridge, as I genuinely like it! My coach told me about a place close to the clinic that sells all of the WF items, so I went and stocked up. I got more dressing, syrup, and the packets of dressing that I can take with me on the go. Very convenient. Safeway has WF on sale this week, and I was able to find Heinz No Sugar ketchup as well. Can't remember if I mentioned or not, but I also got some electrolytes to add to my water and I feel that's helping me as well.
