The teachers are great and there are some great staff.  At this point, the school is experiencing what I would call growing pains and a lack of strategic vision.  If the administration and board were focused and able to communicate with parents, those growing pains would likely be worked out.  But, the administration has instead opted for a "siege" mentality and has locked themselves in the expansion bunker.

The biggest problem at the moment is complete lack of attention to classroom management and bullying and behavior issues.  [/quote]
