[/quote] PP, I’m writing to encourage you to do what you know to be the responsible thing and write your will, even if you can’t force your husband to do his. You can even do a simple version that you print from online. If you don’t designate a guardian for your children, do you realize that the court will decide? Do you really want to risk that? Courts don’t always make the best decisions. How could they be expected to? This is a critical parenting responsibility and you must step up to the plate. Immediately. [/quote]
