However, I wouldn't call it 'ideal' compared to PK3 because the DC Co-op is only 3 hours a day and there isn't a curriculum or any kind of formal instruction. Parents are also required to volunteer a shift ( usually once, maybe twice a week). It is great for the kiddo's socialization ( which is what we needed at the time), but it can eat up a lot of parental time.[/quote]
