[/quote] Op here- I’ve been seeing a nutritionist once a month since working with a general endocrinologist for my PCOS & hypothyroidism so I do know what and how to eat. She was happy with my meals when I was doing a shake for breakfast, salad for lunch and lean protein and veggies for dinner. She told me to aim for 1200 calories. As for the therapist, I have one who I see once every 6 weeks. [/quote]
