[/quote] It's only a waste if there is no possible lottery scenario that would result in you matching there. Some people use all 12 of their spots on super-competitive schools and end up not enrolling anywhere, and that's fine if that's what they want. If you're comfortable going to Langley (and I don't know why you wouldn't be), then it's fine to use the other 11 spots for long-waitlist charters-- as long as they're in an order that roughly reflects what we know about how hard it is to get in. We don't have perfect information on that, though.[/quote]
