More evil by big tobacco.  I worry about popcorn lung too because they used the chemical that was banned from microwave popcorn factories.

Yes - nicotine is a stimulant.

Here's the amount in Juul - initially the most popular brand.  DS says some kids are switching to another brand (can't remember the name)  because it has pods with variable amounts of nicotine.
