I am not the PP, but Wyoming would be a fantastic place for some of these apprentices. They are literally begging for workers there. I've often wondered why the urban underemployed don't head out to the great West.[/quote]

DP. They can carpool with the underemployed urban youth, so we can at least cut down on the environmental impact and they can all save on gas money. [/quote]
