Don't the credentials matter?[/quote] If the application says to send a cover letter and you don't send a cover letter, you have demonstrated that you do not read carefully, that you cannot follow simple instructions, or that you think you are so special that you don't need to follow instructions. None of those are good things to reveal to a potential employers. [/quote]
