a fucking Molotov cocktail,  no wonder his body finally shut own.   I guess to a point you could blame doctors,  but I'll bet he had several different doctors, and neither one knew what the other was prescribing, since he probably never told them about what the others were prescribing or the illegal shit he was doing.
