We’re stupid in MoCo - they take our tax money , spend it as listed above and then they cut something that the middle/Upper class voters care about (gifted education, resource teachers) and squeeze you until you vote for yet another property tax increase ‘for the children’  or ‘for the teachers’  and people fall for it every time. WE ARE STUPID.

Hogan is probably punishing Baltimore for their inability to use the school funding that he sent them. You can’t be so corrupt and do bad at your job that you waste millions in grant money and then expect to get more to waste.[/quote]
