But if you are a person in Baltimore who does not murder anyone, that does not prevent someone else from murdering someone.

As for killings, I cannot speak to your town, but there is definitely crime and murder among poor white people.   In recent years we have seen how the decline in employment in rural areas has led to family breakdown and drug addiction, much as it did earlier in inner cities.

As for the toxic culture of inner city blacks, if that is what is driving crime in Baltimore, I have to ask how is that the same demographic groups have different culture in NYC and DC, where crime has been declining (including in poor AA neighborhoods)?

I have to think something else is at work.[/quote]
