I'm currently on the old WW 123 plan where you calculated calories, fat and fiber, though I'm finding Freestyle intriguing and I might switch to that for a while. And for the poster who gave the overeating example - though not quite 7 a day I do recall too much snacking on bananas when I did points plus - 0 points but didn't fill me up for long periods and the calories add up![/quote]
