The regulars are guilty of this too, and I'd love more signs to be posted year round.

I'd also love signs that point out that a particular machine is the only one of its kind in the whole gym - then maybe people wouldn't monopolize that one weight station for 15 minutes with 3 minutes actual lifting and 12 of checking their phone.

And last, I'd love it if the gym posted signs about coming on time (or a few minutes early) for classes.  It's a lot easier to fit everyone into a crowded class (like yoga) if people aren't trickling in up to 15 minutes late.  (most of the regulars know this.)

I like it when people do good things for their health and fitness.   But I also wish they'd do good things year-round and not all on January 2nd.  :-)[/quote]
