NP here and I agree 100%!! I was a resolutioner at one point in my life and stuck with it, and now I cannot go without  a workout. I am happy to see new people in the gym getting healthy. What makes me upset is people like the OP, and people like one of the top spin instructors at my gym, who make fun of resolutioners.   This spin instructor has been using the same pathetic line in his classes for the last few weeks: "in January you'll see someone walk in wearing under armor from head to toe.  If that person comes in my class, I'll make sure to make the first 15 minutes of class the hardest 15 minutes anyone has ever experienced, so that they never come back."  FUCK OFF!!!  why on earth would anyone say that, and not just once, but MULTIPLE times!! I finally complained to a manager b/c even though this guy is a great instructor, he is being a complete and utter asshole. [/quote]
