I have no idea what the market will do in the spring, but I’m watching it, too. I’m noticing some early signs that it might tick up and it seems like new business are opening or cleaning up their storefronts every time I go down Georgia Ave, but I don’t know what that means for housing. IMO the neighborhood is underrated and there’s room for appreciation, but I also selfishly hope it doesn’t get too busy. The quiet is part of why I like it here. [/quote]
