Lucy and TNF have both been owned by the same parent company for years (VF Corp). They couldn't get the rights to the Lucy name in other countries, which limited Lucy's expansion/profitability. That's why they're being incorporated into TNF. If you like Lucy products, the same products will continue to be available under TNF logo. (A friend works for VF.)[/quote]
