How do you get all that from her email? I think many people posting here (not just you) are being thin-skinned. You're imagining all sorts of veiled & condescending implications in passing comments and looks. I'm sure there are plenty of obnoxious parents at private schools, but I also think many of these supposed sleights are more about the hearer's own insecurity. [/quote]
