I know.  This just blows my mind that people think that Beyonce was begging Ed to this song with him.

Don't get me wrong, I think that Ed's Speaking Out Loud video is a true masterpiece and that his songs are really nice.  But Beyonce is the household hame, she's the one with a lifetime of industry connections.  Of course Ed is the one who asked Beyonce to do this collaboration.  Ed knows where his bread is buttered.[/quote]

Doesn't matter, song came as his, fans love it with just him. It is worse with her. And honestly it is just unnecessary, adding more to a song like that is too much, it doesn't work. It is a simple, lovely song, her harmonizing is over the top and just not good. It has nothing to do with who she is, the song with her is worse off.[/quote]
