how is it biologically possible to go from a low AMH to a higher AMH? we are born with a set number of eggs, no? so our numbers can only go down, not up?
I don't know but my AMH went from 0.17 to 1.0 in the span of two months. perhaps the measurements are not reliable (which in itself is a problem).
My AMH went up over the course of a couple of years from .6 to 2.7 to 3.9 (age 42 at that last measurement). No doctor could explain it. I was on DHEA for a long time, then switched to CoQ10, then a bunch of other supplements. DHEA also caused my testosterone to shoot up, and too much testosterone is bad for egg quality. It's meant to only be on it 3-4 months, at a dose that keeps your levels in an optimal range. Definitely test before you go on it.
