[/quote] Yes, 4.36 WGPA. Here's a post from Pitt Admissions re: merit scholarships: Rank is only applicable if it is provided. Merit based scholarships are very competitive and in most recent years have been awarded to students who rank within the top 5% of their class (if rank is provided) or have an A average in a challenging curriculum. It is hard to speak to the hypothetical you provided because there are a lot of factors the Scholarship Committee will consider in addition to rank when reviewing an applicant.[/quote]
