So it's bedroom windows she actually won't let you cover? She goes over and opens the curtains once you draw them? If she just never thought to close them herself, that's one thing. But the fact she actively goes up and undoes what you've just done, a tiny domestic thing that she should just let go, since it matters to you -- wow, that's really rather pettily mean.

OP, in all seriousness: Sit down and think hard about whether she does this kind of petty passive-aggressive stuff in other ways too. Think about whether she ignores your wishes on small things where she's said she doesn't really care but she then goes and makes things work her way anyway.

I would bet there's more to her behavior than just really, really wanting the curtains open. Think about other times when she's rude to you, her spouse, about such little things that she can't let go.

And yes, the neighbors CAN see her even if she's not dancing in the window. [/quote]
