[/quote] This is like saying I get paid $300K to check your kid's tonsils all day long (as a doctor) and therefore the garbage guy who drives around and deals with trash early in the cold morning should get paid more.. Why would anyone pay $20 to babysit? I get babysitters for $10/hr all day long. Even assuming your $20 story is true, I would pay a premium because I need someone non-creepy, trustworthy, non-pedophily, etc. to take care of my kid. Not exactly someone off the street. It's a demand and supply issue. For yard work, the only think I care about is your ability to follow direction and do what I say without slacking off. $15 is a good deal.[/quote]
